Eze Buguma Foundation distributes Xmas gift to 380 Widows in Oguta

As part of activities marking his Christmas Celebration, the Member representing Ohaji/Egbema State Constituency Hon. Dr. Uzoma Osuoha on Saturday 23rd December,2023 commemorated with Widows in his Constituency
The widows who were full of Joy as Hon. Osuoha, the founder and President of “Eze Buguma Foundation” gifted Christmas largesse to 380 widows in the area.
While doling rice and cash, the member representing the oil Producing Constituency at Imo State House of Assembly disclosed what inspired him to establish the foundation.
He called to mind how he loss his mother when he (Osuoha) was too tender, specifically at the age of 8, adding that it was the . motivational force of establishing the Foundation.
According to him, I was 8 years old, our mother died. I didn’t really enjoy my mother. So whenever I see a mother I feel happy but at the same time, what always comes to my mind is that oh! I didn’t really enjoy my mother.
The Imo State House Committee Chairman on ISOPADEC and Member Humanitarian Service further explained reasons of his love for the widows and Women in general terms.
He said: “You are very important to me. “I want to assure you that in all my programs throughout my stay at the State Assembly, “I will always remember you because women are very important to the Society because you do all the domestic work and ensure that Children are prepared for school every morning. Women, “I thank you all.
“My humble prayer is that Ohaji/Egbema will change for good by the Special grace of God”.
In her savor, Dr. Mrs Nina Felicia Nwulu who was the Director Protocol, Hope Uzodimma Campaign Organization commended Hon. Osuoha for the gestures, adding that recognizing the widows in a get together party and at same time, gifting them with rice and cash was very noble.
She greeted the donor while asking God to replenish his pocket to do more in years to come.
The clerk of the Committee on ISOPADEC, Oil and Gas, Mrs. Helen Emere also hailed the lawmaker for raising the hope of the women in the area, saying that the reward is in heaven
In her remarks, the wife of the Legislator, Chief Mrs Isoken Olama encouraged the husband not to relent in been humane,fair, altruistic, friendly, generous, caring, and kind to others in the society.
