Thumb up as Imo lawmaker appoints 45 SAs …promises to engage more

A show of appreciation as the member representing Onuimo State Constituency Hon. Chief James Ubah Esile popularly known as Fresh Air recorded a milestone within a shortest period in office.

It was a great feat on Wednesday 13th March 2024 in his office, Assembly Complex as the lawmaker inaugurated the 45 Constituents as Special Advisers who will work in different capacities.
Inaugurating the appointees, Esile charged them to be resolute in the discharge of their duties.
Shortly after the Inauguration, Esile who spoke to Journalists stated that the objective was to ensure that the grassroots feel the impact of good governance.

He said: “you know this is as a result of my campaign promises to engage members of my party, the All Progressives Congress APC who worked for our victory during the elections as my Advisers.

“The people of Onuimo wholeheartedly believe in APC and that is why they delivered our amiable Imo Shared Prosperity Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodimma.

“They are all from Onuimo, and they are now fully engaged to serve. I am very sure that under my watch, many members of my constituency shall be favored. We have just engaged only 45 persons as my Special Advisers, and soon many more shall be connected to benefit from my legislative dividends.”

This is even as their letters of appointment signed by the lawmaker’s Chief of Staff, Mazi Eugene Kelechi Ibegbu were given to them therein.

While promising to remain committed, one of the beneficiaries, Hon. Mr. Chinwendu Alozie, expressed gratitude and satisfaction for the offer.
