Obi Cubana, Eze Imo, Ohakim, Tony Chukwu, Speaker, others grace Ejiogu daughter’s traditional wedding

It was a gathering of crème de la crème from all works of life to grace the Traditional marriage ceremony of Miss Akudo Stephenia, the daughter of Chief Mike Ejiogu.

The traditional wedding rite which was performed at Umudo, the Palatial home of Chief Mike Ejiogu, the traditional prime minister and Onowu of Anara Ancient Kingdom.

Former Miss Akudo Stephenia is marrying to a IS trained Medical Doctor, Frank Azikiwe who is the son of Elder Victor and Mrs Jane Azikiwe of Onitsha North Local government Area of Anambra State.

The occasion coincided with a house warming of a new magnificent home of the traditional prime of Anara.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after the occasion, Onowu Anara used the medium to express gratitude to his guests who travelled from far and near to be part of the epoch making event.
According to him, I appreciate their commitment, it is not easy for such caliber of people from different parts of the world to celebrate with you. To me it is a thing of joy.
Today, you saw people from the business, political, entertainment class,assemble here.

Personalities here were the same people who used to be here whenever we have occasion.

We have been friends for many years. You could see people from Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi, Abia, Lagos, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory ‘FCT to mention but a few, the only new people here were our in-laws from Anambra State and 20% of our new friends others are our usual friends. I was not surprised to see such crowd.
Speaking on the type of marriage life to wish his daughter, Onowu stated that there is no particular formular for marriage. It’s only patience and tolerance.

He said: “My daughter is just 24 years. “She has finished her mandatory youth service and she is working. “My happiness is that she married at the right time. “I appreciate God for that.

“We have all manner of dignitaries from all parts of the world. “I am overwhelmingly joyful and give God the glory for making it possible for the marriage which has come to pass.
