Ahiazu Council Poll: My Aspiration stems from love for Ogbe -Hon Akpunku
A businessman cum Politician Hon. Akpunku Chinonyerem has stated reasons behind his intention to represent Ogbe ward at the Ahiazu Mbaise local government Area of Imo State.
The Eziokwu Bu Ndu 1 of Ogbe who recently declared his interest to run for the seat of Councillorship election under the Platform of the All Progressives, Congress APC, said his intention was born out of deep love for the people of Ogbe.
According to him, that I have always wanted to serve my people as a legislator to bring more development to the ward.
“A leader must have qualities of affection before he can impact into the lives of his followers,” he said.
He promised to bring the government closer to the people of the area through transparent representation, accountability, dedication to service, running an all inclusive government to the people.
